The future is not a rainbow - the surviving ecological catastrophe the world in which humanity is divided into “high” - the inhabitants of the skyscrapers around which there is clean air, and “inferior” living on earth in the smog obscures the sky, and radioactive waste. “Lower” periodically rebelled against the ruling “higher”, and they, in turn, suppress them, using “special purpose units”, one of them and arrive at your disposal.
